Conshohocken, PA – Legend Properties Inc. recently announced that James M Smith, Associate Broker, inked the sale of the Church Hill Mall located along Route 309 in Hazleton, PA. Representing the buyer, 1065 Church Street Properties LLC, the sale of the Mall leads the way for $2 million in renovations and a new name, “CHURCH HILL COMMONS”.
The investment group hopes to further develop the property, which covers more than 14 acres and contains 168,000 SF of retail space which is 92% leased. 1065 Church Street Properties LLC has investments throughout greater Hazleton and has retained James M Smith of Legend Properties as the exclusive leasing agent.
